Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.
– Brene Brown
Some people pursue therapy to wrestle through a difficult experience. Some come to shake numbness off their life. Others are hoping to breathe through the stress and anxiety their world holds. Many are just trying to find their way. My desire is to offer kindness and hope in the midst of chaos, to move you toward healing what is holding you back.
I invite you to show up – to risk valuing yourself enough to lean into the possibility your life can change.
I invite you to rise – to summon the courage to speak the truth of your story and bravely pursue healing.
I invite you come to life.

Working with attachment, I have in-depth experience with challenges resulting from early dysfunction and the ways it appears in adulthood in our identity and relationships.
I see clients with a wide range of mental health and spiritual needs, including:
- Trauma Recovery

Regardless of what might bring you to therapy, know that we can’t go alone in the pursuit of restoration and redemption. I want to walk with you and be a force of fierce compassion and determination. And, I consider it a great privilege and honor to traverse these often treacherous, mysterious, and beautiful paths alongside you.
How I Work
Every one of us has unique life experiences and internal structures that have led us to where we are today. Because of this, I tailor my approach based on the specific goals and strengths of each client to find their best path toward healing. All the therapy models I use are evidence-based and designed to be empowering, with a focus on de-pathologizing the person. These include a wide variety of therapeutic approaches, such as:
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is an extensively researched, highly effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma, anxiety, depression, and other distressing life experiences.
Lifespan Integration (LI)
Lifespan Integration (LI) is a gentle, body-based therapeutic method which heals without re-traumatizing. Relying on the innate ability of the body-mind to heal itself, LI uses repetitions of the client’s timeline of memories to create neural integration and rapid healing.
Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB)
Interpersonal neurobiology considers human development and functioning as a product of the connection between the body, mind and interpersonal relationships. Understanding how our emotional and mental health is deeply connected to our relationships with others is critical in functional healing.
Somatic Psychotherapy
A somatic approach to therapy explores the way our bodies carry our stories when our mind and heart can’t bear them. Engaging emotional healing from this perspective incorporates kindness, curiosity, and compassion toward our bodies allowing for whole life change.
Attachment Theory
Attachment theory describes the way we form close relationships with others and the way emotions are regulated in these connections. Understanding how we are relationally wired helps us repair wounded relationships and develop healthy ones.
Narrative Therapy
Sometimes the best way to process where you are is to simply tell your story. Narrative therapy helps you uncover the themes and events that have formed your life and relationships, and guides as you choose how you wish to move forward.
